Time Flies

September Rain

While driving to my doctor's appointment yesterday I saw lots of yellow leaves on the ground, swirling about in the breeze made by passing cars. It was raining but that didn't seem to faze the leaves, they swirled in spite of the damp. Later in the day I was walking Kaylee and we stopped to watch a gaggle of geese fly overhead. They were heading north and honking like mad. I heard more honking in the early evening, also heading north. Kaylee was standing on the couch looking out the window and I watched her watch the geese go by. It got cold enough last night to want to snuggle under the comforter.

Winters have been pretty mild since I've lived up here. I wonder how it'll be this year.

Thanks! It's a photo I took about three years ago.

Click on preferences, scroll down to where it says Recently Updated (mid page), and in either the Prepend or append (mine is Append) spot type "& h e a r t s ;" (without the spaces or quotes) and then update your preferences.

Same idea - put a "*" in there instead of the heart stuff (again - no quote marks).
