Kodak Moments

If you've ever been curious on how a person (or two) live in the small space of an RV, you're in luck. I've uploaded a set to flickr for your viewing pleasure.

There are also new photos of Oliver and Abigail.

Charming? I don't know that I'd go that far, but we've made it as comfortable as we can. I'm just glad that we're probably in our last year of living in the RV. In any case, tea and a chat with the lovely CynicalJu would be great.

Yours is way nicer than mine was but strangely, pretty much the same.

I had the cat box under the kitchen table and my desk too, I can't tell you how many people told me how gross it was.

My inevitable answer? "Where would YOU put it, dummy?"

:)

Like the new look, btw. No snow in Victoria last night but the Malahat (highway up the island) was closed this morning.

Carrie, having the RV available to live in has been a godsend (we had a rough few years, financially speaking). That said, I'd rather not.

Size-wise it's 35 feet long by eight feet wide not counting the slide-outs. All said and done it's 330 (+/-) square feet.

For a person (or maybe a couple) who doesn't have a vested interest in "things" or doesn't need/want a lot of space it can be a good idea. A lot of retired people (at least here in Canada) opt to live in an RV.

Privacy is at a minimum but there are people here in this RV park that have kids living with them as well. I really don't know how they do it. Between the two of us and the two cats, it's pretty full. One more cat or a small dog would be okay with me (but not the mister), but I can't imagine trying to live in here with kids. *shudder*

Feel free to drop me an email if there are more specific questions you need/want answered.
